New Programs Arriving at Maryville!

New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (NJDMHAS) awarded a contract to Maryville for funding to hire a Nurse Care Manager, Case Manager, and Health Educator for both the Turnersville and Vineland outpatient/Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Clients will receive a medical assessment and/or screening and treatment for illnesses; vaccinations; linkages to other medical providers; and a variety of health measurements including but not limited to blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and much more. Clients will also receive case management services, health education, and personal health and well-being plans.
