Withdrawal Management (Detox)
Maryville offers medically monitored withdrawal management (detox) in NJ for men and women age 18 and older. Physicians along with a 24-hour onsite nursing department ensure your safety while you withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. Medication is available to help ease your symptoms during this process. Maryville also provides parallel care for individuals on methadone.
You will receive the support you need through any emotional or physical difficulties at this initial stage of treatment/recovery. Depending on your condition, you may be medically cleared to participate in educational sessions, and to socialize with those in the residential treatment program.
In addition to individual counseling, your primary counselor will provide case management services and will advocate for your continuation into the next clinically indicated level of care. Peer support services will also be available to you.
Maryville’s Williamstown Campus serves both men and women in separate living quarters and is located on 40 wooded acres in rural Gloucester County, offering the opportunity for treatment to occur in a peaceful, natural environment. Maryville at Post House is our second residential location and serves men in Pemberton, Burlington County.
